The DNR had representatives at the tournament collecting samples from the Sheepshead that were caught. For each fish that the DNR sampled, the angler recieved at ticket for a chance to win a new reel. Robbie Forbes was this tournament's winner! So, what ARE those crazy DNR people doing with our fish?
