The Department of Natural Resources

The DNR had representatives at the tournament collecting samples from the Sheepshead that were caught. For each fish that the DNR sampled, the angler recieved at ticket for a chance to win a new reel. Bob Taylor was this tournament's winner! So, what ARE those crazy DNR people doing with our fish?
